Our activity is geared towards the two levels of management that exist, i.e. strategic management (governance, management, design of corporate and business strategies…) and operational management (organisational optimisation, business management and processes, achieving organic growth in activity…) for companies, adding value – with a practical approach – in order to improve the competitive position of our clients and increase their business revenues.
STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
- Governance and management (boards of directors / steering committees)
> External support; participation in boards of directors and steering committees, as advisors.
> Interim management of companies; taking over the interim management and running of companies in complex or special situations.
> Family business: organisation of family protocol and specific bodies (family council).
- Strategy and competitiveness
> Strategic plans; establishing objectives and actions for the short/medium-term development of the company, establishing strategies for organic growth (operations) and inorganic growth (M&A).
> Business plans; as an advisor, to guide and support the launch of new enterprise and business units.
> Business partnerships: design and establishment of partnerships and joint ventures between companies that provide concurrent and/or complementary services.

> Organisation / people and participation model; redesign of organisations and participation models, seeking the efficiency and involvement of people.
> Management model / balanced scorecard (BSC); redesign of management system and supporting documentation (adopting balanced scorecard approach).
> Optimisation of business processes; redesign of processes –sales, finances, production...– pursuing improved productivity.
- Market development
> Market studies and marketing plans; analysis of markets and planning of actions to optimise commercial activity.
> Market diversification / internationalisation plans; analysis, definition and implementation of growth and expansion plans in new clients and/or in the international market.
- Product development
> Product diversification (incorporating technological and business vision); analysis, definition and implementation of growth and product and business line diversification strategies.
