Ainhoa Berasategui


Ainhoa Berasategui has a Diploma in Economics and Business Studies from the University of the Basque Country.

Since she joined IKEI in 1995, she has worked in the administration department as a Controller. Under the supervision of the CFO, she is responsible for the financial and administrative management of the company, taking care of the accounting, taxes and the labour management of staff, as well as ensuring compliance with internal procedures. She is also involved in coordinating and supervising all of the financial department’s processes; planning, conducting and controlling the month-end and year-end closings.

Throughout this time she has helped to define and implement improvements in the department, making the company’s accounting and analytical processes more efficient, and she has developed professionally by attending training and awareness sessions on administrative matters in the areas in which she works.
