Aitor Uria holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country (EHU), specializing in accounting and other information systems. He also completed a master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Mondragón University. He joined IKEI in 2024 through the dual master's program in the company's Business Area, focusing on strategic business consulting and corporate operations. After completing the master's degree, he return to IKEI as an analyst.

He combines professionalism and commitment, taking responsibility for his duties to drive the company's results.
