Ander Ancisar

Analyst

Ander Ancisar holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU), specializing in Finance, and is a European Financial Advisor (EFA) from the UNED. 

Since joining IKEI in 2024, in the company's Business Area, he has participated in numerous management consulting projects, covering strategic planning, the design of organizational and management models, and the optimization of business processes. He has also participated in projects in the field of Corporate Finance (feasibility plans, restructuring and refinancing processes) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), collaborating in company sales, mergers, and valuations in various industrial and service sectors. 

Before joining IKEI, he worked in banking and as an employment advisor for Kristau Eskola. 

He is a professional and highly committed individual with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to contributing to the company's success. 

He is currently an Analyst at IKEI.
