Haritz Galparsoro holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Deusto, with a specialisation in Digital Business Skills (DBS), and studied Finance, specialising in Corporate Finance, at The University of Edinburgh as part of an international exchange programme.

He has developed his professional career in the financial sector, gaining experience in M&A processes. He started his professional career at Stellum Capital, a Private Equity fund based in the Basque Country, as an Off-Cycle Investment Analyst, specifically within the Stellum Food&Tech I fund, where he participated in the analysis of investment opportunities and the execution of different transactions, as well as in the monitoring of portfolio companies.

He subsequently joined TeamSystem, an Italian technology company, where he has participated in different acquisition processes as part of the Group's inorganic growth and international expansion strategy. In this area, he has been involved in different corporate transaction projects, both at national and international level, working directly with teams across different geographies.

He has experience in financial analysis, business valuation and transaction execution.

He is currently a Consultant at IKEI.
