Lide Salvador has a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of the Basque Country, a Master’s Degree in Public Economics (UPV-EHU) and a Master’s Degree in Public Economics (Institute of Public Economics, UPV-EH), and a Master’s Degree in Competitive Strategy (Orkestra-University of Deusto).

A Senior Technician in the Gipuzkoa Regional Tax Authority between 1985 and 1987, she has over 25 years of professional consultancy experience (she joined IKEI in 1990), which she has combined with her role as an adjunct professor for the MBA in Foreign Trade at the University of Deusto and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Shipping of Gipuzkoa. She specialises in macroeconomic and sectoral analyses and business sector analyses, with special focus on transverse variables such as business size, internationalisation, innovation and changes in the management of organisations, from both a regional and local perspective. Also as part of her sectoral approach, she designs and develops data collection processes and prepares and analyses statistics, as well as developing economic impact analysis processes (tourism, health, education, events, etc.). Finally, she also has extensive experience of working on the analysis of public policies and strategic planning and analysis, in the public and private sectors.

She is currently a Partner of IKEI.
