Mamen Garzo has a Degree in Chemistry, a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and a Master’s Degree in the Design and Statistical Treatment of Surveys.

During the last 20 years she has developed a long and successful career in consulting within IKEI, working with various public and private institutions at local, regional, national and international levels. She has a multidisciplinary profile, with expertise in various fields and methodologies, allowing her to participate in projects relating to policies on housing, employment, education and the environment, among others. She also specialises in assessing public programmes and policies, having obtained an Expert Diploma in Public Policy Evaluation from the University of Seville in 2014. She is also an expert in designing and performing statistical operations, from process design and control to the statistical treatment of the data collected.

She is currently a Partner of IKEI.
