Pedro Cepeda Cores has a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in Finance, from the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies (ESTE)-University of Deusto. He has a Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting from the same university and an MBA from the Bergische Universität Wuppertal (Germany); EFA (European Financial Advisor) from UNED. 

He previously developed his professional career as an auditor at KPMG for more than 5 years, where he participated in projects for large listed international groups, and later as a consultant at Ceycor Gestion, where he participated as an external advisor in numerous strategic planning processes, as well as in corporate finance operations. 

He joined IKEI in 2016, where he provides advisory services in corporate finance and M&A operations (integration processes [purchase and sale of companies], concentration [mergers], post-operation processes, feasibility and financial restructuring, etc.). In addition, he continues to participate in strategic and business advisory projects for companies in different industrial and service sectors. 

He has more over 15 years of proven experience in consultancy, corporate finance and M&A services. 

He is currently a Partner at IKEI.
