Aitziber Beldarrain

Project Manager

Aitziber Beldarrain has a Degree in Economics, majoring in Short-Term Economics and the Public Sector, from the University of the Basque Country (1998).

She started her professional activity in IKEI in 1999 and, during her career, she has participated in numerous collaborative projects with various levels of the Public Administration (Basque Government, Provincial Councils, City Councils, European Commission) and with Businesses and Public Bodies.

She has extensive experience in analysis consultancy on economics, competitiveness and regional development, public strategic planning, the design and maintenance of observatories, defining project monitoring and assessment tools, advising official bodies on the methodological conceptualisation of statistical operations, monitoring of opinions and social perceptions (people and businesses) and citizen participation.

She is a professional who not only has strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills; she also has an outstanding ability to transfer the knowledge that she has acquired from the projects that she has been involved in and to manage projects in close collaboration with the client.

She is a Project Manager in IKEI. She is presently on leave due to public office position.
